The purpose of this Privacy Policy and information on the use of cookies is to explain the principles on which your personal data is processed and to discuss your basic rights related to the processing of your personal data by us.

    The personal data administrator is STOLPROF Dawid Mleczko, Anna Mleczko Civil Partnership, based in Bielsko-Biała (postal code 43-382) at Relaksowa Street 15. The personal data collected by STOLPROF is processed in accordance with the principles defined in the personal data protection regulations, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) („GDPR”), as well as Polish regulations issued in connection with GDPR, including the Act of 10 May 2018 on the protection of personal data. STOLPROF keeps personal data confidential and secures it against unauthorized access by third parties according to the principles defined in the aforementioned legal acts.
  2. Scope and Purposes of Personal Data Processing
    Within its activities, STOLPROF collects and processes personal data for purposes arising from the legitimate interests pursued by STOLPROF as a data administrator, to provide services to Clients, conduct marketing of STOLPROF’s services, which may include:
  • Sending email notifications about interesting offers or content, which in some cases contain commercial information (newsletter or educational service);
  • Conducting other types of direct marketing activities of goods and services (sending commercial information electronically and telemarketing activities) – legal basis Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR;

    The administrator processes the following personal data, which is necessary to provide commercial information or send notifications, emails within the newsletter or educational service:

      1. Your Rights
        The processing of your personal data is voluntary; however, depending on the circumstances, refusal to provide data or a request for its deletion may prevent us from, for example, contacting you, providing you with information about events and activities of STOLPROF, or performing a service. The processing of personal data within the provision of legal aid services is regulated in contracts concluded with clients or in general terms concerning the provision of legal services. Sending commercial information electronically, e.g., by email, is conditional on obtaining your prior consent, including subscribing to the newsletter or submitting a request to receive specific information, including thematic legal alerts. According to the principles defined in legal regulations concerning personal data protection and within the scope provided therein, you have the right to access your personal data, rectify it, delete it, or limit its processing, as well as the right to data portability. If you do not want STOLPROF to process your personal data for marketing purposes, you can object to the processing of personal data for this purpose at any time. If you have given consent to the processing of personal data, you can withdraw it at any time; however, withdrawal of consent will not affect the processing that took place before its withdrawal.
      2. Right to Lodge a Complaint
        You have the right to lodge a complaint related to the processing of your personal data by STOLPROF with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (until the entry into force of the Act of 10 May 2018 on the protection of personal data – with the General Inspector for Personal Data Protection).
      3. Processing Period
        Personal data will be processed, respectively, until the legitimate interests pursued by STOLPROF as a data administrator related to the processing of specific data are realized, until the expiry of limitation periods related to the contract with which the processing of personal data is related, or related to the expiration of obligations resulting from legal regulations, until an objection is raised regarding processing for marketing purposes. The newsletter and other similar information will be sent until an objection is raised in this regard.
      4. Transfer of Personal Data to Other Entities
        Recipients of your personal data may include entities directly or indirectly related to STOLPROF, particularly organizationally or personally affiliated entities located in one of the Member States of the European Union, as well as external service providers (e.g., entities providing IT services, including cloud computing and marketing-promotional activities, other entities processing data on behalf of STOLPROF under a data processing agreement), accountants, auditors, lawyers, administrative authorities, state services, and courts.
        Your personal data is processed at STOLPROF’s headquarters. Personal data is not transferred to countries outside the European Union. In case of transferring personal data to third countries outside the EU, STOLPROF will apply appropriate instruments to ensure the security of your personal data.

        For marketing purposes, the Administrator sometimes uses profiling. This means that through automatic data processing, the Administrator evaluates selected factors concerning you to analyze your behavior or create a forecast for the future. This allows for better tailoring of displayed content to your individual preferences and interests.
